Carrot halwa

Ingradients :
Grated carrot - 4 cups
Milk - 3 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 7 to 8 spoons
Cashew nuts - 8 to 10
Elachi powder - 1 to 2 pinches

Procedure : Take one broad, thick bottomed vessel. Apply 3 to 4 spoons of ghee to the bottom of the vessel. Add the grated carrot pieces into the bowel.
Fry for 5 to 10 minutes till the color of the carrot turns into yellow and sweet smell arises.
Now add the 3 cups of milk into that.
Mix well and stir occasionally till the carrot absorbs all the milk.
Meanwhile cashew nuts to be fried in one of ghee and keep aside.
Now when the mixture becomes semi solid add the cup of sugar.
Mix well. Now add the remaining ghee.
Keep in sim till the ghee separates.
Now carrot halwa is ready to eat.
